导演岳枫由1932年开始在上海拍片，并在香港创作长达二十多年，擅于应付不同的题材与类型，可谓中国电影的见证人。本片为岳氏于1966年执导之民初动作片，剧情主要描述，二妞(郑佩佩饰)收到父亲遇害前写下的仇人名单，遂连同兄长建明(金汉饰)展开一幕奇情追凶……。A young girl lives with her mother in an isolated mountain cabin. Mother dies, the girl also has a child. No father is present. A friendship is formed with another woman but things start to become twisted. Paranoia and delusions follow。
