大牌档是香港的地道饮食文化表表者，传统的铁皮档口，加上折台、折椅，承载着一代代港人跟亲朋好友开心聚餐的回忆，也是游客体验港式味道的好去处。不过，由于当局已停发大牌档牌照，被誉为香港平民美食天堂的食肆可谓买少见少。为了保存这份老港滋味，黎诺懿、李家鼎、蒋怡、卫诗雅等星级艺人，会到访这些仅存的大牌档口，品尝店内的招牌美食之余，也会了解食店背后的人和事，引领大家认识香港最地道的风味——人情味。This is a programme about navigating the trials and traumas of middle-class motherhood, looking at the competitive side and unromantic take on parenting - not the cute and acceptable public face of motherhood.。Cahya gets a job as a maid working in an isolated old mansion. Pregnant and a recent widow, she is desperate to reconnect with her husband, opening a doorway to the spirit world. And in doing so, inadvertently awakens the tormented ghosts of her current employer, the previous maids.。
