When near-catastrophe strikes, the three are forced against one another as sisters turn to enemies and their humanity and sanity spirals.。小山东初次来到香港，想投靠同乡刀疤老三，怎知被他拒绝。小山东唯有靠自己，在街头卖大力丸维生。因小山东言语不通，又太过老实，经常闹出不少笑话。其后小山东见义勇为，认识不少朋友，从而令生活得到改善……。二花在路边看到一双绣花鞋，贪心之下带回家中，本以为占了小便宜，却被爷爷警告不吉利，要去扔掉。二花心中不愿，于是偷偷留下，却因此被各种诡异事件缠身，害怕之下向哥哥大柱求助，大柱发现端倪，发现始作俑者竟是隔壁村疯婆婆。。
