1949年，党中央领导人进驻北京香山，在国共和谈破裂的千钧一发之际，全力筹划建立新中国。。14岁的爱莉卡·梦宫为了寻找母亲的下落来到了大都市。在那里有着一群被称作“乙HiME”的女性，她们专门为王族或政治家等掌权者提供帮助，成为他们的参谋，是华丽而优雅的社交之花，全世界少女的憧憬。有香被乙HiME们活跃的身影打动，决定成为在最高点的“舞乙HiME”的一员。曾经孕育了许多“乙HiME”的伽尔德洛偑学院，是无数少女们寄托了梦想的所在，有香加入了想要努力争取进入这所学院的行列之中，并与少女妮娜等人相识。在萦绕着友情与恋情的竞争中，几位少女们渐渐成长着。。A film director gathers his favorite actresses, those he worked with and those he loved.
