在2017年10月7日的“Machi☆Asobi”漫展上，宣布将制作续篇。2018年12月22日在周年纪念活动“Prisma☆Klangfest ～kaleidoscope～”上宣布新作OVA制作决定。 OVA于2019年6月14日在剧场上映，标题为《Fate/kale id liner 魔法少女☆伊莉雅 Prisma☆Phantasm》（neta自Carnival Phantasm），共63分钟，为原作者广山弘监修的原创搞笑剧情。正式的BD/DVD于2019年11月27日发售。 片尾以“To be continued…”及新画面的形式宣布续作决定。。描写拥有完全不同金钱观的男女同居生活的爱情喜剧。 在玩具公司财务部工作的 OL 女主角，因为生长背景及教育环境，让她成为节俭的人。追求着座右铭为「一生清贫」，事物一定都要物尽其用，绝对不浪费及消费这样的生活方式，而男主角则是玩具公司的富二代，生活极度奢华浪费，因为过度挥霍而激怒父亲，并被转调至财务部，价值观完全相反的两人，在巧合之中莫名开始了同居生活，也渐渐燃起爱情火花。。When a group of old college friends, now in their 30s, gather over Christmas at their recently deceased friend's remote mountain cabin to celebrate his life, they see it as an opportunity to come together as the cohesive unit they once were.
