越南籍青年阿龙、阿富、阿贵三人在陈老板的潜水公司工作，阿富和阿贵得知有人走私外汇想撬走私货捞上一笔，谁知截到的却是国际犯罪集团从水路走私的干扰飞弹发射系统装置，他二人不识货，贱价买给专收贼赃的比利，结果引来犯罪集团的追杀，三人不但丧命，还累及陈老板。阿龙为替他们报仇，在其主脑王军举办晚会时，利用警方的围剿将王军击毙。但阿龙的女友落在了对方的手上……。Michelle (Roberts) and Allen (Bracey) are in a relationship. They decide to invite their parents to finally meet about marriage.
